70% syrah, 30% merlot
Traditional vinification, with a vatting period of around two weeks, during which the aim is to extract the grape's substance gently. Extraction is carried out by gentle pumping over to encourage infusion.
This wine announces its character with its name, but also with its beautiful dark colour. The aromatic bouquet is fresh and reminiscent of the nearby garrigue: rockrose, zan, balsamic notes enhanced by a hint of spice. Round and generous on the palate, with a lovely sweetness and impeccable staying power. This is a full-bodied, tasty wine that should appeal to everyone.
