100 % rolle, italian grape
Harvested at night. Slight skin maceration for 4 hours. Cold pressing, natural cold settling for 48 hours and fully temperaturecontrolled fermentation.
This cuvée has a pale colour with lovely green highlights. The nose reveals aromas of lemon, kumquat, sweet spices, ginger and lemon blossom. The palate develops notes of William's pear, fresh pineapple and menthol.
