35% syrah 35% mourvèdre 15% marsellan 15% rolle
A short maceration of 4 days. On the 5th day of fermentation, part of the must is poured off to continue fermentation in the liquid phase.
This cuvée has a pretty, delicate garnet-red colour. The combination of red fruit, blackcurrant, spices and olives makes for a crisp, fruity and charming wine. The finish is as fresh as any self-respecting "Prélude". You'll be asking for more !
